KIPPI

KIPPI building is located in Kokkola Industrial Park, next to former Kemira’s headquarters, in Mikontie 11 (see map). There are three (3) meeting rooms at KIPPI: Rae, Kide and Hiutale. It is possible to adjust furniture in Rae and Hiutale according to various needs.

Separate entry passes are not required in KIPPI building.

Port Tower

Port Tower’s meeting facilities are located in Satamatie 330 (see map). Eye-catching Port Tower, the access point to Kokkola Industrial Park, was designed by architect Antti Luutonen. The impressive property dominates the landscape opening up to Northern Europe’s largest concentration of inorganic chemical industry as well as a rapidly growing Port of Kokkola. There are three (3) meeting rooms at Port Tower: Visit Center, Tankar and Utö.

Visit Center

Fancy premises for a meeting, party or recreation up to 30 people.

Visit Center, high-quality representation premises are located on the top (8) floor of Port Tower with stunning views of the sea and the industrial area. Premises consist of a spacious meeting room, a so-called lounge area, sauna facilities and small kitchens (x2). Space can be adapted according to your needs for both meetings and parties. Table and design-chairs for 14 people can be found in the meeting room. In the lounge area, there are design-chairs for 10 people and 6 additional chairs if needed. Sauna facilities have a spacious dressing room, four showers and a stylish sauna which benches can fit up to 10 people.

Utö ja Tankar

Port Tower’s meeting rooms on the 7th floor consist of two equally spacious cabinets: Tankar and Utö. A single cabinet can accommodate around 10 people but the premises can be combined, according to the customer’s needs, creating a bigger meeting room.

Keltainen talo (Yellow House)

The meeting rooms of Yellow House are located in Paristotie 15 (see map). There are two (2) meeting rooms in Yellow House: Harkko and Pulveri. In the Yellow House, you can sense the hustle of history as the premises used to be the headquarters of Outokumpu.
